Jack and Annie were into the oak tree house.  잭과 애니는 오크트리하우스 안으로 들어갔다

The tree house was filled with books. 트리하우스는 책들로 가득찼다

Jack wonder who owns all these books. 잭은 이 책들의 주인이 누군인지 궁금했다

He noticed bookmarks were sticking out of many of them.  그는 책갈피(서표)를 발견했다. 이 책갈피는 ...

Annie held up books about Pennsylvania and dinosaurs. 애니는 펜실바니아 와 공룡에 대한 책을 집어들었다

Jack set down his backpack and grabbed the book from her. 잭은 백팩을 아래에 내려놓고 애니로부터 그 책을 웅켜잡았다

And opened the book to where the bookmark was. 그리고 책에 표시가 되어 있는 부분을 열었다

He turned to a picture of a Pteranodon. He touched the huge bat-like wings. 그는 pteranodon 그림으로 넘겼다

"I wish I could see a Pteranodon for real." "나는 희망해요. 진짜 pteranodon 볼 수 있었으면 해요"

At that moment Annie screamed. 그순간에 애내가 괴성을 질렸다

"A monster!" 괴물이다

She pointed to the tree house window. 그녀는 트리하우스 창문을 가리켰다

Jack looked out the window. 잭은 창밖을 바라보았다

A real live Pteranodon was gliding above the treetops!  진짜 살아있는 pteranodon 이 treetop위로 활공하고 있었다

He was coming straight toward the tree house. 그는 트리하우스를 향하여 똑바로 오고있었다

The wind began to blow, the leaves trembled.  바람이 불기 시작했고, 나뭇이플이 흔들렸다

Suddenly the creature soared up. 갑자기 생물체가 하늘로 쏫아올랐다

The wind picked up. It was whistling now. 바람이 picked up. 휘파람 소리였다

The tree house started to spin. 트리하우스가 돌기 시작했다

Faster and faster. 빠르게 빠르게

Jack squeezed his eyes shut and held on to Annie. 잭은 그의 눈을 감았으며 애내에게 기대었다

Then everything was still. Jack opened his eyes. 그때 모든 것이  조용해 졌으며, 잭은 그의 눈을 떴다

There was Annie and the books, his backpack. 거기에는 애니와 책과 그의 백팩이 있었다

The tree house was still high up in an oak tree. 트리하우스는 여전히 오크나무에 높이 있었다

But it wasn't the same oak tree. 그러나 그것은 같은 오크 나무가 아니었다
