After Jack had taken the trip of the dinosaur times, he couldn't sleep.



Jack got up too early . It was 5:50 at dawn.



and he was looking at the list he had made last night.



He tried to remember how magic tree house worked.



When Jack looked at the list, Annie came into Jack's room.



Annie also couldn't sleep.



Annie read the list about the dinosaur time that he had written.



And she asked why he didn't write about the gold medal.



Jack wrote about the gold medallion in his list.



Annie asked why he didn't put the letter M on medal.



Jack added an M.



Annie also asked why didn't write about the magic person.



Jack told Annie that he couldn’t write about uncertain thing.



Annie told Jack to go to the tree house and cheked if the magic person was real.



And maybe they will catch the sleeping M person.



Jakc worried about what if the magic person was mean.



But Jack decided to go to the tree house with Annie.



Jack put on jeans, a warm weatshirt and sneakers and slipped down stairs.



Annie was waiting by back door, clipping a flashlight onto her belt .



They slipped out the door into the cool early-morning air.



When Jack and Annie walked between the dark woods , she turned on the flashlight.



Jack was scared not knowing what was going to happen.



But Annie was fun.



Annie shined the flashlight in Jack's face.



Jack was angry.



Annie apologized to Jack.



Then she shined her flashlight over the tops of the trees.



There was the tree house in front of them.



Annie climed up the tree house with the flashlight.



Jack hesitated to clime up the tree house.



Annie was gone. The light desappeared.



Jack was alone in the dark.
