Annie gave the relief to Peanut, patting her head.

Suddenly the monkey threw something to them. It was red fruit and splashed into the water near the canoe. The monkey kept hurling another the fruit. Annie shouted him don't throw it. But the monkey hurled it again. It fell inside of the canoe. Annie grabbed it and threw it back to the monkey. She shouted, "Go away!"

The monkey looked Annie. And then he was gone into the forest. Annie worried his feelings hurt because she shouted to him.

Just then it fell down some raindrops. The wind began to blow and thunder cloud covered over the sky. It seemed coming to a storm.

They had to get to the bank of the river. But they had no way.

The monkey came back, screeching split the air. They were in a panic.

By the way, the monkey was pointing with a long stick at the canoe. Jack and Annie felt a risk.

The monkey stared at Annie. For a moment they both looked each other and smiled to the each other.

Jack wondered about their strange act. Annie said the monkey will help to them.

Then the monkey held out the long stick to Annie and Annie grabbed the other end.

The monkey pulled the long stick to the shore.
