After Jack had fallen into the moat, Annie also fell into the moat. At first Jack thought Annie was swimming behind him, but Annie's voice was in front of him. Then he wondered who was behind him because he had heard another splash behind him. His heart almost stopped because he thought it could be a crocodile. He imagined a crocodile slithering after him. He swam with all his might to be alive. Then they got onto the wet grass. But since it's so foggy, they couldn't see the drawbridge, windmill, hawk house and even the tree house either. So Jack tried to turn the flashlight on but it's dead. And at this moment they heard a horse neighing. Just then the clouds started to be parted. And then Jack and Annie saw someone just a few feet away. The man was the knight sitting on the black horse. It seemed that he was staring straight at Jack and Annie.
