I had to go to work early in the morning since there were very important updates in my company. Usually, we allow people to join the meeting through hangout but today was the exception. All the people in Seoul office should virtually come to the office. The elevator around 9 a.m. was so crowded with people. It's been a long time to experience rush hour elevator, so it was fun to me. Of course, if it becomes routine, it would be terrible. Tuesday is the busiest day of the week since it's full of team meetings. Grabbing a beer while watching the TV is my routine on a Tuesday evening. Whenever I have a team meeting, making people speak out their thoughts is not easy. I'm not sure the reason people don't say is whether they have no idea on the agenda or they don't want to speak loud. This would be one of my concern for a while.
