Last Friday was my youngest daughter’s 2nd birthday. I made seaweed soup(미역국) and Japchae(stir-fried vegetables and glass noodles).

I don’t like cooking very much so I don’t make Japchae very often but people who have eaten the Japchae usually compliment about it.

These days my youngest doesn’t eat well so I just prepared those food and bought some fruits and a cake.

After the simple birthday party with my family, my eldest daughter went to her Korean friend’s birthday party that afternoon.

She watched a movie with her friend’s family and had Jajangmyeon for dinner and played at their house until late at night.

But the next morning, my daughter woke up crying. She said she had a stomachache and she began to vomit.

She often gets sick and makes me feel worried.

We were going to the famous Japanese restaurant in Gold Coast with my friend’s couple that evening but we couldn’t go there.

I gave her some medicine but she kept vomiting whenever she ate something even a little water.

She is all right now but I don’t know what made her so sick.

I hope she wouldn’t get sick that often.
