Jack was in his bedroom. It was raining out the window. Annie said if she had heard from TV that would stop the rain by noon. Annie said let's go to the tree house. She had a feeling the M person will be there. But Jack seemed no ready to meet M person. Annie prepared their rain gear. Then she was waiting for Jack by the back door.
Jack pulled out the gold medallion and the bookmark from the drawer. It was engraved on them the letter M.
He put away them into his backpack. Then went downstairs to Annie. They put on their raincoat and boots.
He joined her outside stormy. Then they raced into the woods. The branches swayed, flinging rainwater everywhere.
They looked up at the tree house from under the tallest oak tree. Jack hoped the books wouldn't wet.
It was chilly and damp inside but the books were dry luckily. They did put neatly the books the day before. The books were as it is. They remembered the Knight, the Pteranodon, the black cat. They had saved them from the trap.
They found for an opened book. A picture of the book showed a sunny beach. They wanted to go there. Annie pointed to the picture and she said a wish. But they didn't know where is there. Just then they heard a squawk.
Too late.
