In holding with one hand on the front middle of snowboard, I stand slowly on snowboard, and then I spread out my arms
out both sides in order to balance, and then I try to lower my toes to the ground. Soon, the snowboard starts moving
forward over on snowfield. As time passes, the speed become a little faster. When I want to move on the right, my left
shoulder turn on the right, then the snowboard move steadly forward on the right. On the other way, If I want to go on the
left, I turn my right shoulder on the left, then the snowboard turn slowly forward on the left. This is the pose for beginner.
