Jack put his everything into his backpack. Jack and Annie followed the ghost-queen.
They headed deeper into the pyramid. At first they reached to some stairs.
The ghost-queen floated up the stairs and into a room through a wooden door.
Jack and Annie pushed on the door. It opened slowly. The room was a cold, drafty.
But there was not even anybody. Ghost-queen where was gone? The room was a huge, lit by torchlight. The ceiling was very high. On one side was a pile of tables, chairs, and musical instruments.
At scond they saw the boat. In the boat was filled many things. Gold plates, painted cups, jeweled goblets, woven baskets, jewelry with blue stones...
They found for a clay jug at there. It was the third thing. Jack reached into the jug and put out something.
It was an ancient scroll wrapped around by the cloth. The cloth was the same the last hieroglyphs. They unrolled the ancient scroll. Finally, they found the book. The ghost-queen wanted to find it, waiting for a thousand years.
Annie called queen Hutepi. But no answered there. Annie went into another chamber. She thought maybe Hutepi is in there. Annie called Jack. Jack felt pounding his heart. He
hesitated but put the ancient scroll into his backpack and followed Annie to the room.
The room was nearly bare. In there was only a long gold box. It had opened and the cover had been on the floor.
Annie called but Jack wished just could get out after putting the ancient scroll on the floor.
Annie said they should put it in the gold box.
Then they walked to the glowing gold box together, stopped in front of it and they peered inside.
A mummy!
