These days I drink 3~4 cups of coffee a day. Actually I didn't drink like much before.
I know that water is more healthy than coffee. But you know, coffee is more delicious than water. ^^
So, I decide to reduce coffee as just 2 cups of coffee a day.
one is for morning and the rest is for afternoon. ^^
And if I need something to drink more, I will try green tea or just mineral water.
