Today the weather was so cold like a winter not a fall.
i got up at 7:00 am like the other days and went to the gym and took a PT lesson with a trainer who
had taught me how to use the equipment in the gym such as dumbells, barbells, and machine efficiently and correctly. I have taken 20 PT lessens with him since last August and I think I got more healthier body shape than before. Of course, I took a healthy diet program using fiber, protein shake and also helping Apps so anyway I lost about 10 kg during that time.
Every people who have known me but didn't see me during the diet season will be surprised of my change. ^^
After one hour session, I put on my clothes and shoes and drove to my working place.
It wasn't busy today so I read a book and wrote something in English at this website.
I hope that I would have the time of my life in Singapore or Malaysia within two years and at that time I need to speak more in English and Chinese so I keep studying both languages nowadays.
About studying English this website will help me more effectively, I'm sure ^^
