These days I go house-hunting on the weekends.

We offered a house a few days ago, but the seller didn’t choose us. My family really wanted to buy the house so when I heard about it, I was so depressed.

I still don’t understand the house buying process here properly.

Buyers submit their offer form which has the desired amount and then seller chooses the highest price.

But when we offer for a house, the real estate agents don’t tell us how much money I should offer exactly...

They just told us, “Do your best.”

It’s so ridiculous.

Anyway, I think it’s very hard to get a house in my daughter’s school catchment area.

I want to buy a good house soon.
