The speaker wanted to tell that many prisoners need to help them to rehabilitate from injury, whether it is mental or physical, and give them some hustles to start a new business or job. As we already guesses, two of three ex-offenders came to prison again within five years, it might due to lack of protecting law of them. The speaker vowed that he could do whatever he did for helping the prisoners not to lose their life inside there, when he came out of the prison. So that's why he presented a short,but strong presentation in from of the TED listeners. He saw some ingenuity in prison like making food from the stolen things in the warehouse, cutting other's hair with foot-nail clippers, constructing weights from the boulders in laundry bags tied on the tree limb and after their training they started restaurant, barber shop, PT center. If they had a counselor or some helping system, they would have their vision realized. I hope that this presentation would be starter for accomplishment of building re-education system for the prisoner.
