I have done health care along for a long time.
I am taking in fitness and table tennis club and also heat care in 찜질방.
I go nearly every day at the table tennis club. Two times a week to 찜질방. About one time a week to the health club. I'll stop the health club after one month.
찜질방 is a place taken heat care by far-infrared rays. That's called ray-tam-bay. I stay for about two hours with my friend in there.
We change our clothes. Then we are taken service kind of three things.
At first, Lower-body bathing by dry heat. Second, full body bathing by far-infrared rays. At third, get a feet massage by electronic pump machine.
If I want I can get another kind of service more.
We sweat like rain. Our clothes soak in all.
I feel so good and feel the whole body lightens.
The heat-care is so good for blood circulation and also inflammation. Plus, It's one of the things need to me, a middle-aged woman.
The table tennis is so activity exercises for me. That's so fun. And better even because can do it with my husband.
