Last year I checked up a simple medical examination. They gave the chest X-ray, and took my temperature and
blood pressure etc. After a few days, I got the result. I put on very much my weight last year. There weren't any problems
except the weight. They said that I was a little over-weight. They advised me to do plenty of excersie.
So, I started walking every evening for nearly one hour. At first, I went to gym. I had excersied for three months.
When it was spring, it was warm to excersie outside, so I decided to walk on a road by the small river.
I cut down 5kg. I wasn't satisfied with reducing my weight. I have to cut down my weight on last year'.
But after being colder, I think that I became laziness. These day, even I didn't go walking with cold weather.
