I started my day at Starbucks around the Olymphic park to have a class with Carl Pullein. I was late about 30 minutes to the class because there was a marathon race around there. Before I went to the class, I read the article which Carl had sent me the day before yesterday about "Key to success by discipline". In summary of the article I can say that to be patient, don't worry too much, work hard, to be willing to do everything, keeping good health by exercise and balanced eating, keep mindset healthy and positive, be punctual, be accountable and resourceful are several traits of the successful disciplined person. But the most important thing is using frustration to challenge for the success by improving the problem-solving skills. I prepared to talk about this but he didn't mention it all and we just talked about my future plan and his stories. After the class I felt a little hungry for the food and intelligent satisfaction. I could have done more effective English class with him if I prepared more passionately. I kept in my mind that I would search more articles or I would read and remind the article to use it at next class. I give him about 50,000 won for 1 hour class so I would like to get more efficient and effective results through it.
Maybe due to a little noneffective class I ate a sweet delicious cake, a cup of vanilla latte, and a cheese bagel for my late breakfast. As we know, a little sweet food makes us happy and relieves our stress, both physical and mental. However, if I ate those food everyday, I would get 10 pounds more within a month. I was a little regretful for eating those food but just for today~~
I went to a swimming pool with my son and had fun with him as playing game, swimming, racing, and eating some snack, etc. After two hours swimming, he and I picked my wife up and we went to the restaurant named Shake Shake burger and ate a little unhealthy food such as fries, milk shake, a little salty hamburger and chicken. I felt sorry for my body but I reminded that this would be just one day eating^^ Tomorrow I will go back to my vigilant life for keeping my body healthy through hard exercise and eating balanced diet.
I go to bed now~~ It's too late!!
